How to use the Help Desk & Information Center

Learning how to access the support here is important.  Here is a video and screen shot walk through of how to get help!

There is also an Information tab in the main menu and that will open a pop up window with lots of walk throughs on each part of the CRM.  This is updated weekly so check there often. Since it opens in a pop up you can have that open while you are working in the system!  This is covered in the video.
